After the project is put into production, it can produce oversized H-beams and other steel profiles, and the production time is expected to be in the second quarter of 2019. This modern steel rolling production line has a highly flexible process configuration, and can provide high-quality overweight steel, especially steel sheet piles, according to the different needs of customers, to fill the gap in the Chinese market. The annual design capacity of the rolling line is 800000 tons, and the rolling mill equipment includes two billet mills and three-stand CCS whose core is also the generation * * * * *®Rolling mill (compact design, ultra-fast roll change),CCS®The rolling mill adopts full intelligent pressure control and automatic rapid roll change. The double-supported straightening machine also uses hydraulic pressure and quick roll change to ensure excellent straightness of the section steel.
