The company currently has 235 workers, including 20 senior managers and 20 engineering and technical personnel (6 senior workers and 10 engineers). The company covers an area of 19,800 m and a construction area of 15,600 m.
The company has 180 sets of modern machining centers, numerical control machine tools, machining machine tools and other equipment, as well as special equipment such as physical and chemical tests of metal materials, mechanical tests of mechanical properties, ultrasonic thickness measurement, Blovi hardness test, nondestructive flaw detection, metal heat treatment performance test center, spring tension and compression test, etc. Also built a valve processing line, coating line, assembly line, such as three-dimensional warehouse. The company's main products are instrument control valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, power station valves, discharge valves, hydraulic control valves, metallurgical/refining special valves and non-standard valves, more than a dozen varieties, more than 3,000 specifications. It can be designed and manufactured according to ANSI, API, DIN, BS, JSI and GB standards. The main materials of the valves produced are WCB, LCB, WCI, WC6, WC9, ZGCr5Mo, ZG15Cr1Mo1V, CF8, CF8M, CF3M, 12CrMoV, ZGCr18Ni9Ti, ZGCr18, Ni2Mo2Ti, etc. The driving forms include manual, worm gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric/hydraulic linkage, etc. Nominal diameter ranges from DN10 to 3000 and 1/2 to 40; working pressure from 0.6 ~ 42.0MPa and 150Lb ~ 2500Lb; working temperature from -196 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃. Products are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, urban construction, medicine, food, machinery, mining, building materials and other industries. Some products have replaced imports and are used in key equipment for national key projects. Simac series valve products have been exported to the United States, Europe, France, Italy, Germany, the Middle East, Kuwait, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and other countries and regions, by the majority of customers rely on and praise.
