Product structure and use

The traditional ball valve, whether floating or fixed, in the opening and closing process, the ball and the valve seat is always in contact, the switch torque is large, the sealing surface is easy to wear. Orbital ball valve due to its unique wedge surface, track spiral and single seat design, so as to provide a large sealing force, to achieve low torque operation, and eliminate the thermal expansion problem. When opening and closing, the ball first deviates from a displacement, so that the ball is separated from the valve seat, and then rotates 90 ° without friction. Therefore, the switch torque is small, the sealing surface is free of scratches, the sealing performance is good, the leakage is zero, and the service life is long.
Orbital ball valve is superior to other ball valves: it adopts top-mounted structure, which enables the system to carry out online maintenance and inspection. The single valve seat structure can ensure two-way sealing, eliminate the pressure collection in the valve, and is not affected by pipeline pressure difference and temperature difference. The wedge-shaped structure at the lower end of the valve stem provides a means for mechanical pressure application and static sealing adjustment. Self-cleaning function, the ball forms space with the valve seat surface during rotation, increase the flow rate of the medium, reduce the accumulation in the sealing area; wear-resistant hard surface spool and beautiful appearance, light weight.
