Top-mounted eccentric half ball valve

Ball valve is a simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance of the valve, mainly by the body, ball and transmission mechanism. The ball rotates around the central axis of the valve body to realize the opening and closing or adjust the medium flow in the pipeline. Ball valve has the advantages of small size, light weight, rapid opening and closing, small flow resistance, widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, water treatment and other fields.

Top-mounted eccentric half ball valve

Structural Advantages and Characteristics of Top-mounted Eccentric Semi-ball Valve Developed and Produced by Simac

1. Top-mounted structure. The valves installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and repaired on the pipeline to reduce the stopping time and improve the efficiency.
2. Long service life. The middle flange is made of tensile and compressive metal gaskets to enhance temperature resistance and corrosion resistance to effectively extend the service life.
3. Prevent misoperation. The switch belt locking device effectively prevents misoperation and ensures that the valve is in the correct position.
