Product overview

SKARVX automatic exhaust valve, under normal circumstances, the water contains about 2VOL% of dissolved air. In the process of water delivery, the air is continuously released from the water and gathers at the high point of the pipeline to form air bags (AIRPOCKET), making water delivery difficult, and the water delivery capacity of the system can be reduced by about 5-15%. The main function of this trace exhaust valve is to exclude the 2VOL% dissolved air, and is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, piping in the factory area, and small pumping stations to protect or improve the water delivery efficiency of the system and save energy.
Single-rod (SIMPLELEVERTYPE) micro exhaust valve is a similar oval valve body. All internal parts including float ball, lever, valve seat, etc. are 304 stainless steel. The internal use of standard exhaust aperture is 1/6, which is suitable for PN16 working pressure environment. Medium temperature: 0-80°C.
AVAX type automatic exhaust valve is mainly used in HVAC system, often installed in the commanding point or elbow, etc., to eliminate excess gas in the pipeline, improve the efficiency of the pipeline and reduce energy consumption. Medium temperature: 0-80°C.
