Usage
The DPD variable frequency speed regulating butterfly valve developed and produced by Simac is suitable for pump outlet pipelines with medium of water, sea water and oil. As a closed-circuit valve, it can realize fast closing and slow closing functions. It is used to avoid and reduce the excessive water hammer caused by the backflow of the medium in the pipeline system. It can also be installed on the pipeline. When the pipeline is broken, the valve is required to close quickly to protect the pipeline system and reduce water or oil. Loss, as an emergency shutdown, energy saving, environmental protection, and low noise.
Features
1. BPD variable frequency speed regulation butterfly valve is composed of electric drive device, butterfly valve body and control box. The main drive is turbine worm rod drive, which has good self-locking function and can stop at any position of valve opening.
2. It can be linked with the pump and can be controlled locally. If the speed sensor is configured on the pipeline and connected to the valve control system, when the pipeline is broken and the flow speed is accelerated, the valve will be closed automatically and quickly to avoid excessive losses. At the same time, the user can adjust the speed and angle of the valve opening and closing according to the actual situation of the pipeline, so as to eliminate the water hammer of the system pipeline and protect the equipment.
