Product structure characteristics/Products design features

Globe valve is suitable for nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 16.0MPa(Class150 ~ 2500), working temperature ≤ 600 ℃ of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions of the pipeline, cut off or connected to the pipeline medium.
Its main structural features are:
1. The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
2, the sealing surface surfacing Co-based hard alloy, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scratch performance, long service life.
3. The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment.
4. The nominal pressure is more than 25.0MPa(Class1500). The middle cavity adopts a self-tight sealing structure, and the sealing performance is enhanced with the increase of pressure, thus ensuring the sealing performance.
5. The valve is equipped with an inverted sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing.
6. The material of the parts, the size of the flange and the butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
