Telescopic butterfly valve
Telescopic butterfly valve for the flanged butterfly valve and pipe telescopic two functions as a whole, that can play a throttling role, but also to solve the temperature difference generated by the elimination of internal forces, that is, play a telescopic role. The valve can be used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, gas, urban heating, water and electricity papermaking, textile, medicine, food, water supply and drainage, energy, all non-corrosive gases, liquids, semi-fluids and solid powder pipelines and containers. Can be arbitrarily change the position of the installation, not affected by the medium, the flow direction, the other for the valve installation of the two flange spacing adjustment.

Telescopic butterfly valve installation instructions
1. The telescopic butterfly valve must be laid flat before installation, and do not bump at will.
2. The structure length of the telescopic butterfly valve is the minimum when it leaves the factory, and when it is installed, it is pulled to the installation length (that is, the design length). 3. When the length of the pipeline exceeds the length of the telescopic valve, please adjust the pipeline interval and do not force the telescopic valve to avoid damage to the telescopic valve.
4. The telescopic butterfly valve can be installed at any position for temperature compensation. After the pipeline installation is completed, supports shall be added at both ends along the axial direction of the pipeline to prevent the telescopic valve telescopic pipe from being pulled out (see Figure 1). The ground support force of the support shall be calculated according to the formula in the right column. It is strictly prohibited to remove the support during operation.
5. When the telescopic butterfly valve does not make temperature compensation, it is only installed and replaced. When it is convenient to repair the valve, it can be limited by bolts and clamped symmetrically.®In order to prevent the telescopic pipe pull out (see Figure 2), damage to the telescopic butterfly valve and pipeline device or building. The bolt diameter can be calculated according to the flange bolt diameter, bolt strength, test pressure and pipeline tension according to the above formula. It is strictly prohibited to remove the bolts during operation (bolts are provided separately).
6. Disassembly of collapsible butterfly valve is strictly prohibited at the pipeline construction site.
7. This telescopic butterfly valve has fine processing and tight coordination. Please do not stretch and press the short telescopic valve repeatedly on site. When the pipeline is installed, it is required that the pipeline at both ends of the telescopic butterfly knot must be concentric, and the two flange surfaces on the pipeline must be parallel.
8. Flange fixing bolts should be fastened symmetrically, and do not tighten flange fixing bolts unilaterally.
9. The telescopic pipe is installed behind the valve.
10. The telescopic part of the telescopic valve shall not be installed at the corner of the pipeline or at the end of the pipeline.
